This privacy policy is intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and users in using the online related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by the cyber mall (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) operated by BitMiner (an e-commerce business operator).

When concluding a consignment contract, the Company states in writing matters related to prohibition of processing personal information other than the purpose of performing the consignment work, restriction of re-consignment, management/supervision of the consignee, and responsibility in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether the consignee safely processes personal information.
5. Rights, obligations, and exercise methods of the information subject The information subject may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time.

① When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the personal information retention period, achievement of the processing purpose, etc., the company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.

– Handwritten documents: Shredding or incineration
8. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information The company is taking the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information. – Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plan, regular training for employees, workers, etc.
– Technical measures: Access rights management such as setting passwords for personal information processing systems (or computers where personal information is stored), installation of security programs such as antivirus software, encryption of files where personal information is stored
